1) create an environment variable FLEXLM_DIAGNOSTICS = 3
2) Run the NX 7.5.1 (7.2.5) and the "problem" (no license) module
3) You get a popup FLEXible License Manager which will be something like Quote:
FLEXnet Licensing checkout error: License server system does not support this feature.
Feature: xxxx_xxxx
.... 3) Open the license in a text editor and add an entry
